At Pocket Ease Furniture, we make it easy for you to order and pay for your furniture. Simply browse our website, select the items you want, and proceed to checkout. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

Delivery

We strive to deliver your furniture within the estimated time frame, but please note that delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your furniture for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a return and refund. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders. Additionally, any pick-up or drop-off charges associated with the return will be based on actual costs incurred.

Warranty

All our furniture comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, we offer a five-year warranty against structural defects.
